Quilt Show

Today I attended a quilt show in Mukwonago. It was a wonderful show. Very inspiring. The top three prize winners we all from the same quilt guild. This particular guild is loaded with talented women and all with different talents. One of the winners excells at hand applique and hand quilting. The other gal is a very precise paper piecer and extremely innovative. The third gal is proficient at thread painting and creates her own original designs. It is exhilarating just to look at their work because there is always a new technique, embellishment or quilt stitch to pick up on. The closer you look, the more you see and it is always amazing!
