Today was another busy day. I spent the afternoon stitching borders on name tags. I had 20 of them already done and another 35 to go, so that is what I did today. Tomorrow is our quilt guild's monthly meeting and I wanted to have them done so that I could pass them on to my partner. She will put the names of the members on them and affix a few hot crystals for sparkle.
Tonight we had the Chef's Series at Gilda's Club. A chef from Whole Foods gave the cooking demonstration. As usual, the food did not disappoint. We had a wonderful pear salad with toasted walnuts and an apple/gorgonzola dressing. That was followed by jasmine rice and breaded ahi tuna. Yum-o.
