Now that the wedding/reception festivities are over, I have more free time. I decided to have a look-see at some of my Yahoo Groups and what they are up to. I belong to a fabric postcard group called Artsnthemail on Yahoo. There are always a plethora of swaps to choose from. I don't know who thinks up the themes, but they are very creative. One of the swaps I joined has the theme "Asian Influence". This postcard is my take on it. Isn't there a story about a little Japanese girl who folds 1,000 paper cranes? Thank goodness I only had to make 5 fabric ones.
